Here are some guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return process.

Instructions For Returns and Exchanges:

1. Returns and exchanges must be made within  10  days of you receiving the item. The item must be unused and in it's original packaging.  We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is found to be unsellable. 
2. Contact us by email or call: (760) 887-2307, let us know what item you want to return or exchange and for what reason.
3. We will email you within 24 hours with your Return Authorization (RA) Number.
4. Repackage the item making sure to clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.
5. Send the return to Lisa Lawrence at Readyaim.com (address will be given in email).
    
6. Once the item has been received, we will send you the exchange item or refund your account. A 15% restocking fee is applicable on refunds for returns not due to an error on our part.
